RESET RETREAT
Mountain Edition
A place to breathe, release what’s been weighing you down, and reconnect with the woman behind the mom.
June 2-6, 2026 * Alma, CO
Exhausted moms don't just need a vacation.
They need a Reset.
You've been running on empty for longer than you can remember. You wake up tired, move through the day on autopilot, and fall into bed already dreading tomorrow. You are doing so much for everyone around you — and somewhere in all of it, you started to disappear. This retreat was built for that feeling. For the version of you who is quietly whispering, I just need a minute. Come up to the mountains. Let us take care of you for a few days. You can exhale now.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat was created for the mom who is holding a ton...and quietly carrying even more.
Exhausted?
You're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. Even if you've had full nights of rest and still woken up feeling like you're already behind. That kind of tired has a name — and it's not just fatigue. It's what happens when you've been living without margin for a long time.
Mentally Overloaded
You carry the mental load for your entire household. The appointments, the grocery list, the emotional weather forecast for every person under your roof. Nobody asks you to do all of this tracking — you just do, because someone has to, and somehow it always lands on you.
Losing Yourself
You've looked in the mirror recently and felt a quiet distance from yourself. Not a crisis, necessarily — just a low hum of loss. You used to know what you liked, what you wanted, what made you feel alive. Somewhere between all the doing, you started to fade a little.
Constantly Needed
You are deeply needed by your people — and you show up for them, every single day. But when was the last time someone showed up for you? Not to manage something or solve something, but just to say: you matter here. You get to rest. You don't have to be on.

"You want to feel calm, clear, and like yourself again. You want to come home to yourself — not escape your life, but actually feel like you can live it well."
What Makes This Retreat Different
6–7
We cap attendance at six to seven women, period. This isn't a crowd. It's a carefully curated circle where every person belongs and there's space for each of you to truly show up.
4
Four nights, no agenda stuffed from sunrise to sunset. You will have time to simply sit and be — which is honestly the most radical thing most moms haven't done in years.
0
Meals, logistics, activities — all handled. You are a guest here, not a coordinator. Your only job is to arrive and let yourself receive.

Every session, every meal, every free hour is thoughtfully designed. We're not filling your schedule with activities for the sake of it — we're creating the conditions that allow something real to happen. You'll have guided sessions that help you understand what's been weighing on you, tools to take home that actually work, and the rare gift of being in a group of women who truly get it.
The group dynamic matters more than most retreat descriptions let on. When you spend four days with a small, intentionally chosen group — in a cozy environment, away from your daily life — something shifts. You feel safe. You feel seen. You feel like yourself in a way you may have forgotten was possible. That's not something you get at a big conference or a loud girls' weekend. It happens in small rooms, around tables, next to fireplaces, on quiet mornings. And that's exactly what we're building here.
A TASTE OF WHAT AWAITS
The Rhythm of Your 5 Days
TUESDAY
Arrive, Connect and Get Settled
You arrive… and you’re welcomed.
Not with a clipboard or a name badge, but with a beautiful charcuterie spread, a cold drink, and women who are genuinely glad you’re here.
There’s time to settle in, exhale, and take in the mountain air. Conversations begin naturally. No pressure. No expectations.
Tonight is about arriving — not just to the retreat, but back into yourself.
WEDNESDAY
Seeing Clearly
Our first full day begins slowly.
We ease into our first Reset Session — an honest, guided conversation about burnout, the mental load, and what it actually costs to carry so much for so long.
No fixing. No performing. Just space to be seen.
The afternoon opens up with time to rest, reflect, or sign up for one of the optional massage sessions. Lunch is relaxed and easy — something you can graze on without thinking too hard.
In the afternoon, we gather again for our second session, beginning to gently explore what you need — not just to get through, but to actually feel better.
That evening, we head outside for a firepit experience — a quiet, powerful moment of naming what’s been weighing on you… and beginning to let it go.
THURSDAY
What You Need
By now, something has shifted.
You’re sleeping a little deeper.
Laughing a little easier.
Not carrying quite as much.
The day follows a similar rhythm — a morning session, space in the middle of the day for rest or optional massage, and an afternoon session focused on understanding your needs, your identity, and what actually supports you.
There’s plenty of room to take a walk, sit outside, journal, or do absolutely nothing — without guilt.
The conversations deepen. The walls soften. You start to feel like yourself again.
FRIDAY
Letting Go & Rebuilding
This is where things begin to come together.
We continue with our morning and afternoon sessions, now focused on small, meaningful shifts — the kind that are actually sustainable when you return home.
There’s space again in the middle of the day for rest, reflection, or massage.
In the evening, we shift into something lighter and creative — a simple, beautiful activity designed to quiet your mind and let your hands lead for a while.
It’s not about being good at it.
It’s about letting go of needing to be.
SATURDAY
Bringing it Home
Saturday morning begins with an optional, gentle yoga session — a quiet way to start the day, if your body is craving it.
Our final session focuses on the return.
Not just how you feel… but how you’ll carry this forward.
You’ll leave with clarity, language, and a plan that actually fits your real life — not an ideal version of it.
We close together — slowly, intentionally.
There are hugs.
There might be tears.
And there is a deep sense of something meaningful just happened here.
You head home… not fixed, not suddenly perfect —
but lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.
The Location
Your home for the week is a stunning mountain lodge tucked into 8 private acres in the Colorado Rockies — with sweeping views in every direction.
Surrounded by open land, fresh alpine air, and the quiet beauty of the mountains, this space naturally invites you to slow down. You might sip your morning coffee on the balcony while spotting moose or deer passing through… or end your day in the hot tub, watching the sun dip behind the peaks.
Inside, the lodge is warm, spacious, and designed for both connection and rest. Large windows fill the home with natural light and incredible views, while cozy gathering spaces and a fireplace create the perfect place to unwind together after a full day.
With room to spread out, quiet corners to retreat to, and nature right outside your door — it’s the kind of place where your body starts to relax before you even realize it.
It’s not just where you’ll stay —
It’s part of how you begin to reset.

The Food Experience
For four days, you will not plan a single meal, pick up a single ingredient, or stand at the stove wondering what to make. You will simply sit down and be fed. That might sound like a small thing — but for most moms, it's one of the most quietly luxurious parts of the whole week.
The food here is homemade and wholesome — the kind of cooking that feels like someone cared about how you were going to feel after eating it. Nourishing. Comforting. Exactly right for mountain evenings and slow mornings.

A Note About the Founding Retreat
This is our very first Restore Retreat — which makes you a Founding Guest, and that's a real thing worth celebrating. You're not a test subject; you're the beginning of something we believe will help a lot of women in the years ahead.
Because this is our first retreat, we'll be capturing photos and short video moments throughout the week to use for future retreats, marketing, and sharing the story of what this experience is all about. We want the next woman who finds this page to see real faces, real moments, and real evidence that this is worth showing up for — and that's only possible because of you.
All applicants should be comfortable being present in photos and video during the retreat. We'll keep it natural, unobtrusive, and never weird about it. You won't feel like you're at a photo shoot — you'll feel like someone wanted to remember something beautiful.
Thank you, in advance, for being part of the very first one.

Why I Created This
As a therapist, a mom, and a motherhood coach, I spend most of my professional life sitting with women who are overwhelmed, depleted, and desperate for something they can rarely name — but which I've come to recognize immediately. They don't just need a weekend away. They need a place to actually land. To be held for long enough that they can remember who they are underneath all the doing.
I created this retreat because I couldn't find the thing I wanted to send my clients to. I wanted something small enough to feel personal, structured enough to have real impact, but spacious enough to allow for the unplanned moments that actually change people. A fireplace and a real conversation and four days of not being needed by anyone.
Everything here — the small group size, the food, the sessions, the setting, the massage, the bonfire — was chosen because I know what moms need. I know what helps. And I wanted to build a place where that actually happens, not just a pretty retreat that looks good on Instagram.
This retreat is my best thinking about what it looks like to give a burned-out mom exactly what she needs. I hope it's exactly what you've been waiting for.

Got Questions?
WHAT MAKES THIS RETREAT DIFFERENT FROM A NORMAL VACATION?
Vacations help you relax for a few days.
The Reset Retreat is designed to help you actually fee different when you go home-- clearer, lighter, and more like yourself again.
Through guided coaching, reflective exercises, experiential activities, and brain-based approaches, the retreat follows a process designed to help you release so of the weight you've been carrying, reconnect with who you are, and figure out what you need in this season of life.
The goal isn't just to get away for a few days.
It's to come home feeling reset.
IS THIS THERAPY?
No. This retreat is not therapy, and it is not a replacement for therapy.
However, it is group coaching guided by a licensed therapist and includes exercises, conversations, and experiential sessions designed to help you reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
You will never be forced to share anything you don't want to and are always welcome to participate at your own pace.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW ANYONE?
Most moms will come alone, and that's completely normal. This retreat is intentionally small so it will be easy to connect without pressure. You won't be expected to jump into anything right away and you will have time to get comfortable at your own pace.
WHAT IF I'M NOT AS BURNED OUT AS EVERYONE ELSE?
That's okay.
Some moms come because they feel completely exhausted.
Others come because they can tell they're heading that direction and wat to reset before they get there. Moms will arrive in a variety different levels of exhaustion and will all go home notably reset.
WHAT IF I GET EMOTIONAL?
That's normal — but it's never required.
Some moms may cry.
Some may laugh the whole time.
Some may mostly listen and reflect quietly.
This retreat is designed to feel safe, not overwhelming.
You are always allowed to take a break, step outside, or sit something out if you need to.
WHAT IF I WANT QUIET TIME OR ALONE TIME?
You will have it.
The schedule includes guided sessions, but also plenty of space to rest, walk, journal, sit outside, or just be by yourself for a while.
Even if you choose a shared room option, there is plenty of space to get alone time.
This is not a packed, go-go-go weekend.
It's a reset.
IS THIS PHYSICALLY DEMANDING?
No special fitness level is required.
There may be optional walks, outdoor time, or light experiential activities, but everything can be adjusted to your comfort level.
Because this retreat takes place at high altitude in the mountains, you'll be encouraged to stay hydrated, rest when needed, and take things at your own pace.
The property is not wheelchair-accessible and requires stairs.
If you have temporary limitations, you may prefer to wait for a future retreat.
If you have more permanent limitations, you can request to be notified when a more accessible location is offered.
Your safety and comfort always come first.
WHAT IF I'M NERVOUS ABOUT APPLYING?
That's completely normal. It can feel hard to spend this kind of time, money, and energy on yourself — especially as a mom.
You don't have to know exactly what you need yet.
You just have to know that something feels heavy, off, or harder than it should and that you're ready for a chance to breathe again.
WHY DO I HAVE TO APPLY?
Because this retreat is intentionally small and personal.
The Reset Retreat is designed to be a safe, supportive experience where moms can be honest, relaxed, and real with each other.
To make that possible, I keep the group small and take time to make sure the retreat is a good fit for everyone who attends.
The application is not about judging you or deciding if you're "burned out enough." It's simply a way to make sure this is the right kind of experience for you, and that the group will feel comfortable and supportive for everyone involved.
It also gives me a chance to learn a little about what you're hoping for, what season of life you're in, and anything I should know to help you feel safe and cared for during the retreat.
