You might be exactly
who we had in mind.

This retreat was created for the mom who is holding a ton...and quietly carrying even more.

  • Exhausted?

You're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. Even if you've had full nights of rest and still woken up feeling like you're already behind. That kind of tired has a name — and it's not just fatigue. It's what happens when you've been living without margin for a long time.

  • Mentally Overloaded

You carry the mental load for your entire household. The appointments, the grocery list, the emotional weather forecast for every person under your roof. Nobody asks you to do all of this tracking — you just do, because someone has to, and somehow it always lands on you.

  • Losing Yourself

You've looked in the mirror recently and felt a quiet distance from yourself. Not a crisis, necessarily — just a low hum of loss. You used to know what you liked, what you wanted, what made you feel alive. Somewhere between all the doing, you started to fade a little.

  • Constantly Needed

You are deeply needed by your people — and you show up for them, every single day. But when was the last time someone showed up for you? Not to manage something or solve something, but just to say: you matter here. You get to rest. You don't have to be on.

"You want to feel calm, clear, and like yourself again. You want to come home to yourself — not escape your life, but actually feel like you can live it well."

This isn't a conference.
It isn't a girls' trip.
It's something much more powerful.

6–7

Intentionally Small

We cap attendance at six to seven women, period. This isn't a crowd. It's a carefully curated circle where every person belongs and there's space for each of you to truly show up.

4

Full Days to Breathe

Four nights, no agenda stuffed from sunrise to sunset. You will have time to simply sit and be — which is honestly the most radical thing most moms haven't done in years.

0

Things You Have to Manage

Meals, logistics, activities — all handled. You are a guest here, not a coordinator. Your only job is to arrive and let yourself receive.

Every session, every meal, every free hour is thoughtfully designed. We're not filling your schedule with activities for the sake of it — we're creating the conditions that allow something real to happen. You'll have guided sessions that help you understand what's been weighing on you, tools to take home that actually work, and the rare gift of being in a group of women who truly get it.

The group dynamic matters more than most retreat descriptions let on. When you spend four days with a small, intentionally chosen group — in a cozy environment, away from your daily life — something shifts. You feel safe. You feel seen. You feel like yourself in a way you may have forgotten was possible. That's not something you get at a big conference or a loud girls' weekend. It happens in small rooms, around tables, next to fireplaces, on quiet mornings. And that's exactly what we're building here.

A TASTE OF WHAT AWAITS

The Rhythm of Your 5 Days

  • TUESDAY

    Arrive, Connect and Get Settled

    You arrive… and you’re welcomed.

Not with a clipboard or a name badge, but with a beautiful charcuterie spread, a cold drink, and women who are genuinely glad you’re here.

There’s time to settle in, exhale, and take in the mountain air. Conversations begin naturally. No pressure. No expectations.

Tonight is about arriving — not just to the retreat, but back into yourself.

  • WEDNESDAY

    Seeing Clearly

Our first full day begins slowly.

We ease into our first Reset Session — an honest, guided conversation about burnout, the mental load, and what it actually costs to carry so much for so long.

No fixing. No performing. Just space to be seen.

The afternoon opens up with time to rest, reflect, or sign up for one of the optional massage sessions. Lunch is relaxed and easy — something you can graze on without thinking too hard.

In the afternoon, we gather again for our second session, beginning to gently explore what you need — not just to get through, but to actually feel better.

That evening, we head outside for a firepit experience — a quiet, powerful moment of naming what’s been weighing on you… and beginning to let it go.

  • THURSDAY

    What You Need

    By now, something has shifted.

    You’re sleeping a little deeper.
    Laughing a little easier.
    Not carrying quite as much.

The day follows a similar rhythm — a morning session, space in the middle of the day for rest or optional massage, and an afternoon session focused on understanding your needs, your identity, and what actually supports you.

There’s plenty of room to take a walk, sit outside, journal, or do absolutely nothing — without guilt.

The conversations deepen. The walls soften. You start to feel like yourself again.

  • FRIDAY

    Letting Go & Rebuilding

This is where things begin to come together.

We continue with our morning and afternoon sessions, now focused on small, meaningful shifts — the kind that are actually sustainable when you return home.

There’s space again in the middle of the day for rest, reflection, or massage.

In the evening, we shift into something lighter and creative — a simple, beautiful activity designed to quiet your mind and let your hands lead for a while.

It’s not about being good at it.
It’s about letting go of needing to be.

  • SATURDAY

    Bringing it Home

Saturday morning begins with an optional, gentle yoga session — a quiet way to start the day, if your body is craving it.

Our final session focuses on the return.

Not just how you feel… but how you’ll carry this forward.

You’ll leave with clarity, language, and a plan that actually fits your real life — not an ideal version of it.

We close together — slowly, intentionally.

    There are hugs.
    There might be tears.
And there is a deep sense of something meaningful just happened here.

You head home… not fixed, not suddenly perfect —
but lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.

Your home for the week is a stunning mountain lodge tucked into 8 private acres in the Colorado Rockies — with sweeping views in every direction.

Surrounded by open land, fresh alpine air, and the quiet beauty of the mountains, this space naturally invites you to slow down. You might sip your morning coffee on the balcony while spotting moose or deer passing through… or end your day in the hot tub, watching the sun dip behind the peaks.

Inside, the lodge is warm, spacious, and designed for both connection and rest. Large windows fill the home with natural light and incredible views, while cozy gathering spaces and a fireplace create the perfect place to unwind together after a full day.

With room to spread out, quiet corners to retreat to, and nature right outside your door — it’s the kind of place where your body starts to relax before you even realize it.

It’s not just where you’ll stay —

It’s part of how you begin to reset.

You don't have to worry about what's for dinner.

For four days, you will not plan a single meal, pick up a single ingredient, or stand at the stove wondering what to make. You will simply sit down and be fed. That might sound like a small thing — but for most moms, it's one of the most quietly luxurious parts of the whole week.

The food here is homemade and wholesome — the kind of cooking that feels like someone cared about how you were going to feel after eating it. Nourishing. Comforting. Exactly right for mountain evenings and slow mornings.

You're part of something
being built from the ground up.

This is our very first Restore Retreat — which makes you a Founding Guest, and that's a real thing worth celebrating. You're not a test subject; you're the beginning of something we believe will help a lot of women in the years ahead.

Because this is our first retreat, we'll be capturing photos and short video moments throughout the week to use for future retreats, marketing, and sharing the story of what this experience is all about. We want the next woman who finds this page to see real faces, real moments, and real evidence that this is worth showing up for — and that's only possible because of you.

All applicants should be comfortable being present in photos and video during the retreat. We'll keep it natural, unobtrusive, and never weird about it. You won't feel like you're at a photo shoot — you'll feel like someone wanted to remember something beautiful.

Thank you, in advance, for being part of the very first one.

From a therapist, mom,
and someone who sees you.
